Lately, almost every conversation I’ve had with women starts with the same exhale.
“I don’t know what’s happening, but something’s coming.”
There’s a collective feeling I’ve been sensing — in my clients, in myself, in the field:
It’s like we have one foot on the gas… ready to go, energized by a vision we can almost taste
and the other on the brake… holding back, hesitating, waiting for a green light we can’t quite see yet.
It’s a strange in-between.
Not stuck. Not stalled.
Just… aware.
Like a seed under the soil — quietly, invisibly gathering everything it needs.
Sunlight. Moisture. Nourishment.
Tuning into the rhythms of the Earth.
Waiting, not because it’s lazy, but because it knows when to come to life.
I think many of us are feeling that same wisdom in our bodies.
We’re not stalling. We’re attuning.
We’re syncing up with a deeper, divine timing that doesn’t follow the calendar or the algorithm.
And that timing says: Not quite yet… but soon.
I’ve learned to trust these spaces.
The ones that don’t make logical sense but feel undeniably real.
The quiet recalibrations.
The nervous system rewiring.
The spiritual composting that must happen before new life can break through.
I work with women entrepreneurs and leaders who are being called to more — but not more hustle…
More truth. More alignment. More soul.
And before that comes online fully… there’s a phase of deep remembering.
Of releasing the old codes.
Of preparing our system — spiritually, energetically, emotionally — to hold the power we’re here to live.
That’s what this pause is.
It’s not the race delay.
It is the race.
It’s the part no one sees, but everything depends on.
If you’re feeling like you’re revving the engine and hitting the brakes at the same time, you’re not alone.
You’re not doing it wrong. You’re responding to something sacred.
And when the light turns green — when your conditions align — you won’t have to force anything.
You’ll stretch for the sun, because you’re ready.
And the world will be ready for you.
P.S. Yes, I mixed a race car and a seedling to tell this story! It’s because the women I work with are both fast and fierce when it’s time to move, but deeply rooted in wisdom that knows when to wait. That’s the magic of growing and knowing.
