What’s really holding you back (it’s not what you think)

Have you googled these questions?

  • How to set boundaries
  • How to stop people-pleasing
  • How to build confidence
  • How to find your purpose
  • How to make clearer decisions
  • How to stop self-doubt
  • How to prioritize yourself
  • How to stop perfectionism

If you’ve searched for any of these, it’s likely because some part of you knows:

There’s more.

More to you. More for you. More from you.

But even as you feel that stirring, there’s something getting in the way. You’ve likely tried different tools, courses, or mindset shifts—but they only scratch the surface. That’s because these struggles aren’t just habits to break or skills to learn.

They’re symptoms of something deeper:

Saboteur energies that have been quietly shaping how you show up, what you allow yourself to receive, and what you believe is possible for you.

Let’s talk about these.

The 5 Success Saboteur Energies

These energies show up in women who are doing their best to grow, lead, and serve—but find themselves stuck, drained, or unsure. They are not flaws. They are patterned responses to pain. They’re the buckets that hold your wounds and your fears. But they do not have to define you. And you can let them go.

  1. The Over-Giver

This energy puts everyone else first. You give until you’re empty, and still feel like it’s not enough. Underneath is the fear of rejection or not being “good enough”—and a deep disconnection from your own needs and desires.

  1. The Imposter

You’ve done the work, you have the skills, but something in you keeps whispering that you’re not ready. You fear being exposed, judged, or dismissed for showing up as you, and it robs you of confidence and clarity.

  1. The Perfectionist

This energy tells you that you have to get everything just right before you can show up. You over-prepare, over-polish, and stall out—because being seen as imperfect feels too vulnerable.

  1. The Over-Thinker

You circle every decision endlessly, afraid of choosing wrong. You live in your head, running loops of “what if,” and struggle to move forward with conviction.

  1. The Control Diva

You try to manage every detail, every outcome, every variable—because trusting feels like a risk you can’t afford. But the cost is burnout, stress, and stifled growth.

So how do you heal these patterns?

You don’t fight them with more effort, more strategy, or more overthinking. You meet them with energy that’s aligned with the who you really are and the vision you wish to create.

And that’s where the Wisdom Protocol comes in.

The Wisdom Protocol: A pathway back to your power

Growth isn’t linear, and this isn’t a linear protocol. It’s a dynamic, feminine, and cyclical process that helps you dissolve the blocks, reclaim your energy, and rise into the woman you came here to be. This is the protocol that came together as a result of scientific research, neo-shamanic learnings, and my own path to heal the wounds that had trapped me on a hamster wheel of working hard and not moving toward my vision:

Release

You begin by releasing the internalized beliefs, rules, and roles that are no longer yours to carry. This is where you let go of the inherited stories, cultural conditioning, and life wounds that shaped your limits—and start expanding what you allow yourself to receive. You heal the hidden places that told you to stay small, and instead open to the truth of who you are.

Align

With space cleared, you reconnect with the vision you hold for your life. You begin the process of becoming the woman who lives that vision—not someday, but now. You don’t wait for clarity to land on you—you align with it. You walk with it. You become it.

Co-Create

From this aligned place, you enter into true co-creation—with divine feminine energy, your higher self, and the unseen support around you. You take aligned action—not from force, but from flow. You begin to create from soul instead of survival. From desire instead of duty.

Embody

Now we arrive at the heart of it: embodiment. This isn’t the end of the process—it’s a state you learn to live in. Embodiment is the ability to hold the energy of both what you are creating and who you must become in order to create it.

You show up as the woman who leads from wisdom, receives with grace, and moves with intention. You don’t just do differently—you become different.

These five elements—Grow, Release, Align, Co-Create, Embody—aren’t a checklist. They’re a living, breathing rhythm. They move together. Support each other. Cycle through you again and again as you evolve.

And as they do, those sabotaging patterns begin to fall away. Boundaries become natural. Confidence rises. Purpose becomes clear. You magnetize success as you define it.

And the woman you were always meant to be—she finally gets to lead.
