Emotional Responsibility & Scope of Practice
Lisa Petty is not a licensed mental health professional and does not offer therapy or clinical treatment. The products and services provided by Lisa Petty and Soul Gardening are intended for spiritual and personal development and may not be appropriate for individuals in acute psychological distress.
Some content may be emotionally activating or bring up unresolved trauma. If you are currently experiencing active trauma, PTSD, or any serious mental health condition, please seek support from a qualified mental health provider before engaging with this work.
By participating in any program offered by Lisa Petty and Soul Gardening, you accept full responsibility for your emotional well-being and acknowledge that your participation is entirely voluntary. You agree that you are psychologically resourced enough to engage in this work and that you are solely responsible for seeking additional support when needed.
Refund Policy
For Coaching Programs (Live or Hybrid):
All coaching programs offered by Lisa Petty and Soul Gardening include a 7-day cooling-off period from the date of purchase. If you request a refund within that window and before any live sessions or group components have begun, a full refund will be issued. After this period, or once any portion of the live program has been delivered, all sales are final and no refunds will be given.
If your program is delivered on a payment plan, continued access to materials and services is dependent on the successful completion of those payments. Access will be discontinued if payments are canceled or fail to process, and will be restored once the account is brought up to date.
For Digital Products (Self-Study Courses, Downloads, etc.):
All sales of digital products are final. Due to the instant and irrevocable access to content upon purchase, no refunds will be issued for self-study courses, downloadable materials, or digital tools.
By purchasing any product or program from Lisa Petty and Soul Gardening, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.
Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
